COLD/WET WEATHER WARNING

For the safety of all participants, we will not set-up the inflatables outdoors if the average temp of the day will be 60 degrees or lower. We use weather.com as our standard when it comes to predicting the weather. We know that weather forecasting is not always accurate however, we need to have some tool for predicting the weather.

As the weather starts to warm up for the year or cool down for the fall/winter, we need to be aware of the temperature and the effect it has upon the inflatables. In cooler weather, the vinyl in the inflatables becomes more brittle, increasing the chance of injury to the participants.

We never want to cancel a reservation for any reason however, if we feel that it will not be safe due to any condition, we reserve the right to cancel. We will work with you and try to accomodate moving your event into an indoor location such as a church cultural hall or other indoor location.

Anytime throughout the year, but especially the transition seasons, it may be wise to have a back-up location planned in the event of adverse weather conditions. If you decide to move your event indoors, we would appreciate a 24 hour notice. If you decide to move your location at the last moment, we may or may not be able to accomodate the change due to the size and type of the inflatable you ordered, the location, or our delivery schedule.

As a rule, all water items (slides, combos, dunk tanks, etc.) are available to rent with water from May 15th to September 15th of each year.

Before May 15th and after September 15th, water may be used AT THE DISCRETION of Ultimate Inflatables.

The reason behind this policy is simple...wet inflatables are difficult to roll-up after the sun goes down and it creates a hazard to our employees. 

If we decide that an inflatable can be used with water before May 15th or after September 15th, the following conditions apply.

1. The delivery driver will make the final decision whether or not to allow water. This decision will be based on current and forecast weather condition, proposed location of the inflatable.

2. All inflatables must be emptied, dried and ready for pick-up one hour before sunset.

3. No refunds will be given if we do not allow for water to be used on your inflatable.
